HOMINEM will take part as a partner in the LEVER UP project, funded by the European Commission, under the ERASMUS + / Strategic Partnership KA2 program.

LEVER UP (Valuing informal learning and transversal competences experienced in the voluntary service to increase employability, social responsibility and mobility) will deepen the development of the outputs already produced by the ‘LEVER’ project (2014-2016). The project will pursue to achieving the following objectives:

– Strengthen mutual trust, based on a common model and quality tools to value transversal competences with transparency and make easy transfers between the sectors of continuous learning, volunteering and the labor market.
– Implement a dedicated service, capable of promoting the whole system at international and national level.

The results of the project include improving the LEVER model by integrating ECVET, EQF and European passports; the “e_LEVER Space”, which includes infrastructure and contents for en easy access to the webtool; training, qualification and validation services; pilot experiences to be carried out in each country and the creation of a triangular system between the labor market and the sectors of voluntary work and continuous learning.

LEVER UP involves five European countries and nine partners: Fondazione Politecnico di Milano (Italy), CSV.net (Italy), ECOLE – Enti Confindustriali Lombardi per l’Educazione (Italy), Fondazione SNS – Scuola Nazionale Servizi (Italy), ANCILaB (Italy), ECVPL European Center Valuation Prior Learning (Netherlands), CEV – Centre Européen du Volontariat (Belgium), HOMINEM (Spain) and Good Network Foundation (Poland).

The project lasts 27 months (September 2017 – November 2019).
