This year, Europe celebrates the 30th anniversary of the Erasmus program, which began in 1987.
Today it has become a major European program called Erasmus + and covers the fields of education, training, youth and sport.
Each year, it offers real learning and development opportunities to many European people and organisations.
Since the launch of Erasmus + 2014-2020, two million people have benefited from study periods, internships or acquiring experiences abroad.
Another two million people in Europe and the rest of the world are expected to benefit from the program between 2017 and 2020.
This week we have resumed our training cycle by delivering a two-day Project Management workshop at Manpower Solutions. The two teams of managers, located in Madrid and Barcelona, received a practical and adapted to the job training, that has been valued very satisfactorily.
Indeed, today every account manager has to manage different projects and with different clients at the same time. For this reason, a high level of knowledge and skill is required to operate safely, taking into account the three constraints imposed by any project: Scope, Cost and Time.

On 21st and 22nd of february 2017, the Kick of the European project “Educulture: multicultural e-learning” in Rome, in which HOMINEM takes part, together with other European partners from Italy, Poland, Malta, Belgium and Sweden.
It was two intense and useful days that allowed all team members to formally initiate the project, to define the strategy, objectives and tasks for the coming months, until our next meeting in Sweden.
“Educulture: multicultural e-learning” aims to develop high-quality, interactive and innovative contents that will help to improve training methods and amanagement of multicultural groups.
This project is funded by the European Commission under the Erasmus + program.
