During one week, from February 13th to 17th, 2017, we hosted and organized a highly practical and participatory training workshop, within the framework of the ABC Management project, in which Hominem is involved as a partner.

The workshop was attended by our partners from Profes and e-peers, both from Poland, and Merig from Austria. We focused on presenting the materials developed by our team and trained our partners to prepare them to use these materials in the best possible way in their countries ..

ABC Management is a project funded by the European Commission through the Erasmus + program.

On December 2, 2016, the final conference of the LEVER project on recognition and validation of transversal competences was held in Sondrio / Italy. With this conference, the process of finalizing of the two-year project in which HOMINEM participated began.

During the one day conference (see agnda below), HOMINEM made a presentation on the topic: “Establishing a competence certification system in the European context” and led, with other partners, a workshop on the professionalisation of the validation practitioners competences.

Best Franchisee of the World in Spain (BFW Spain) and Hominem have reached a partnership agreement to carry out an exclusive gamification activity for the four finalists that will represent Spain in the world final of franchisees to be held on December 3 in Florence (Italy).

Likewise, HOMINEM will provide the participating brands in the national final of Madrid with more details about its gamification solution, PLAY COMMERCE, specially designed for the franchising sector aiming at developing and optimising franchise systems. To this end, Hominem will be present in the National Final Spain to be held on October 27th at the Italian Embassy in Madrid.

According to Andrea Lazzari, President of BFM Spain, Yazid Isli and Julio Gabriel, respectively Executive Director and Director of Business Development of HOMINEM, this agreement also contemplates the realisation of a draw between the brands and franchisees nominated in the national final in order to be able to opt to an additional place and to participate in this activity.

During the signing ceremony, Yazid Isli said he is “delighted to reward the best brands with this exclusive gamification experience.”

We have reasons for a celebration!

The new year 2016 begins with good news for spanish business schools… We are now able to offer these schools an innovative and highly motivating business simulation in the form of board game, that coyld be used in their educational and training sessions/clases.

We are initiating a round of simulations in several schools and companies, interested in incorporating BUSINESS PLAY. We are very satisfied with the level of acceptance received so far!
